We have designed over 800 additions and new homes in the Metropolitan Area, ranging in size from minor kitchen extensions to major alterations, and additions to existing homes. We have designed several new homes in these areas, where land is a scarcity. A partial list of commercial, healthcare and recreational/hospitality projects is also available.Possessing a thorough knowledge of historic architectural styles and the capability to decipher and apply them to historical buildings and homes, sensitivity to context and proper use of elements is emphasized.We maintain a historical reference library for research and design authenticity.Services for design opportunities such as civic monuments, public infrastructure, historic preservation/reconstruction, and graphic design for structures are provided as well.

SUSTAINABILITY AND GREEN BUILDING
We believe a project should be designed to fit the context it is in.
That project's utilization of methods and materials compatible with green thinking, leading to its subsequent sustainability is every much a part of the context as what the design and architecture is.
Roofing and framing material, insulation choices, siding and trim materials, mechanical systems (including traditional Energy Star rated equipment and appliances, solar power, and geothermal heating) site orientation, window selections and glass use, site water use are all typical considerations when planning for your project.
